Most of us have been taught to follow the crowd. We subscribe to
"tribal" thinking, which is the thinking of the masses. It is not
easy to break from this type of thinking, or non-thinking. A lot
of people find this a huge stumbling block because they believe
what social, political, religious and other authority figures have
told them is "true".
There is a lot of fear tied up in leaving the tribe. However, you
will never experience true freedom, life or riches unless you learn to
think for yourself. But to do this, you must be capable of
critical thought - which is something the members of the tribe
cannot do.
Put another way - most people don't know how to think. They have
been told WHAT to think for so long, they no longer know HOW to
think. What's the lesson for you?
I'm convinced that true freedom, life and riches requires you to think
contrary to what the tribe is thinking. And it ALWAYS requires you
to question the beliefs you hold. On everything. This is not easy
because we are addicted to certainty.
We would rather be certain about our beliefs than face the fact
that what we believe may not be "true". But the more you question
what the tribe believes the more you will realize that they are
hypnotized. You don't have to wait for them to wake up from the
trance. You can do it right now!
Peace and Blessings
Mind is the master power that moulds and makes, and man is mind, and evermore he takes the tool of thought, and, shaping what he wills, brings forth a thousand joys, a thousand ills; he thinks in secret, and it comes to pass; environment is but his looking-glass

"No person, ideal or institution becomes great until Great Resistance has been encountered
I have a piece of literature I love - It was written by the late William Penn Patrick in approximately 1970. Enjoy.
"No person, ideal or institution becomes great until Great Resistance has been encountered. Greatness cannot be achieved until this concept is understood.
Unfortunately, the average person is ignorant of this rule to achievement. Mr. and Miss Average, in their ignorance, are fearful and reluctant to encounter even slight resistance. They don't want to make waves or be criticized and they incorrectly feel that criticism will hold them back and prevent their happiness from being realized. In truth, the opposite is the case.
Take note: when we begin to change our jobs, we are first given resistance by our loved ones, for they fear change because change means facing the unknown! When we begin to make rapid achievement or commitment to rapid progress, we have road blocks thrown up by our friends and relations. They begin to resist by negative comments and actions which are devices to cause you to maintain the 'status quo'.
Now, if you are to achieve great progress, you must prevail against those closest to you; this is difficult and requires courage because you desire to please and not hurt those you love. The truth is that great harm befalls your loved ones when you fail to be yourself and do your thing. This is so, because you lose your enthusiasm for life, your growth process stops and your self-esteem diminishes.
Those negatives are revered when you stand your ground; and when you have prevailed, your loved ones gain a new and higher respect for you. History records countless events which prove the point. For an example, the greatest of all men overcame the most severe form of resistance and in so doing gave birth to Christianity. Had Jesus Christ run from His opposition, we would not know His name today, nor would we have available for our use those great and wonderful truths He brought forth for us so that humanity could find their individual greatness.
Furthermore, Christianity met "its" greatest resistance in Rome. Thousands of Christians were crucified in Rome. This resistance was met and in so doing, gave life to the force of Christianity, and Rome became the center of all Christianity - now, and for the past 1700 years, Rome has remained the very center of the Christian world.
Let these great lessons of the past stay in our mind as a beacon in our personal and corporate future. Let us understand and be grateful that our ideas have proven worthy of tremendous resistance. Today, all over the world, great forces have risen to resist our growth. These forces fear us for what we represent and they are attempting to destroy us and our dreams. Our understanding of this phenomenon and our strength of character and our commitment to our way of life is prevailing over these forces which have risen up. We are fortunate to have such great resistance. This resistance is evidence of our greatness and it provides us with the energy to prevail, to conquer and to dominate. These next few short years will record a brilliant history and establish a permanent place for our way of life - which is Freedom to be and to work out our dreams for a great world, for ourselves, for children and all humankind.
Understand our battle and be glorified that you are a part of the making of history. The work you do today in the defense of our way will provide new freedom and hope for millions yet to come. Stand tall in the face of our enemy...your resolution and commitment will seize his heart with fear and he will fade into oblivion. AND THAT IS THE LAW OF LIFE."

Why are so many of us struggling? Perhaps its because we have forgotten WHO WE
ARE.
Who we are is our True and Authentic Self that is always connected
and one with Source Energy. On the other hand, who we THINK we are
is how we show up in life. If we are struggling we will never be
who we are. Let that sink in for a moment.
Who we THINK we are comes from listening to other people rather
than listening to ourselves. For a large portion of my life I
believed what others told me to believe. I learned early that what
other people think of me is more important that what I think of
myself. At least this is what I thought.
Living in Flow and living in abundance is about focusing on WHO
YOU ARE and what you can do in this moment. It's not about who you
are not, what you cannot do, and what you don't have.
WHO YOU ARE is everything. It is the ONLY thing that really matters
because everything hinges on your ability to be yourself and to do
that you must become intimately aware of the false beliefs you have
about yourself and about the way life works.
When you live in the Flow and in Alignment with Source Energy you
know you already have what you need. People who live in the Flow
and in Alignment are more than just positive thinkers - they are
attraction in action.
They accept life is not always easy and doesn't always follow a
straight and convenient path. They let life unfold through them
instead of putting their life into a box of expectations.
Your greatness is not dependent upon anything you accomplish. You
don't need to prove anything to anyone - even yourself. I am here
to tell you one thing - you and everyone that comes in contact with
you are already great. To live your greatness, you must know WHO
YOU ARE and you must do what you can do in THIS MOMENT. Nothing else
is required.

Look at where you are..
What keeps most people stuck? It is the underlying assumption that
we don't have what we need. It is the idea that we're missing
something. We need more of everything - you name it, we need it:
more time, money, energy, information, certainty, resources.
Without these, we tell ourselves, we can't do what we want to do.
This perception that there is something missing or we don't have
what we need to create what we want is the biggest source of
unhappiness and dissatisfaction in the world today. It is also the
greatest lie we tell ourselves. It causes us to dream about
"becoming" something big, to hold out for doing that one big thing
that is so big that we can't see a way to do it, let alone get
started.
We have fallen in love with the idea of becoming more than we are,
and that very belief keeps us stuck were we are. We are on an
endless search for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, all
the while not realizing that we are standing on the pot of gold.
Many people travel their entire lives on this journey, believing
they will find true happiness when they finally get somewhere when,
in fact, they are lost right where they are.
The reason people find themselves getting stuck is because they
don't think who they are is enough - enough to get that promotion,
enough to close that next big account, enough to be financially
independent. This causes us to resist the way things are for the
way we want them to be in the future.
Before you can create your future, you have to accept the way you
are right now. You have everything you need right now.
Here is an analogy:
People living in scarcity and struggle see the cup as half empty.
People who are positive thinkers see the cup as half full.
People who understand their true connection to Source Energy see
the cup as overflowing.
But people who are living in the Flow and in Alignment know they
ARE the cup.
What's keeping you from seeing yourself as "The Cup"?

What is....
The only time we suffer is when we believe a thought that argues
with "what is". When the mind is perfectly clear, "what is" is what
we accept in this moment.
If you want your reality to be different than "what is" then you
might as well try to teach your cat to bark. You can try and try
and in the end the cat will look up at you and say "Meow". Wanting
your reality to be different than what it is in this moment, is
just as stupid. You can spend the rest of your life trying to
teach your cat to bark, but you will never succeed.
And yet if you pay attention, you'll notice that your think thoughts
like this dozens of times every day. People should be... My
neighbors should be... My husband should... My wife should... I
should...
These thoughts are ways of wanting reality to be different than it
is. Here is my point - all the stress you feel in your life at this
moment is caused by arguing with "what is".
People say to me, "But if I simply accept reality then I will
become passive and nothing will change. I answer them with this
question. Which of these statements makes more sense? "I wish I
hadn't lost all that money." or "What can I do now to create more
income?"
Accepting "what is" doesn't mean you condone or approve of the way
things are, it just means you give up all the resistance and inner
struggle of wishing it were different. No one wants to lose their
money, have their children get sick or be in a car accident.
However, when these things happen it can be helpful not to
mentally argue with them. We know better than to do that, yet we do
it because it is a HABITUAL PATTERN.
I am a lover of "what is", not because it is the "right" thing to
do, but because it hurts when I argue with reality, and when I do,
I AWLAYS lose.

One of the key concepts to creating wealth is to understand that money is not the goal.
It is the things that money can buy and the freedom of time to do what they really want. While you may think this is an insignificant difference, it is actually the reason so many people never become wealthy.
Most of us were taught throughout our childhood that the whole point of making money is to sock it away and build our own 'nest egg'. We think of this as a type of insurance against bad fortune, accidents or old age when we can no longer work. The wealthy know that money only works when it is in motion - not when it's sitting in a bank account. You must understand that wealth is an ongoing journey of growth and circulation and if that circulation is stopped, then the flow of money will cease.
While it may seem that there are many roadblocks on your journey to wealth, the only real obstacle is what you believe, think, and feel about money. Most of us were raised with the cliché "Seeing is Believing" which is a skeptical and negative view of life. Still, we hear it our whole lives until it becomes a part of our thought process without our even realizing it. Wealthy people understand that this cliché is exactly backward - you must believe in what you can achieve before you will see it happen in your life. They know that "Believing is Seeing." The only thing that separates a millionaire from you right now is a wealthy mindset and the foundation of that mindset is belief.
Does this mean that the wealthy have some special skill or knowledge? No - but they do possess some key characteristics that help them become wealthy.
The first of these characteristics is a willingness to listen to their own heart. If you could become wealthy by listening to the masses, then the masses would be wealthy and they are not. It is a natural tendency to ask the opinions of those we love or respect. Unfortunately, we listen to their comments and biases not taking into account the results in their own lives. We make a decision to listen based on our emotional attachment rather than by looking at what they have achieved. How can anyone who has not accumulated wealth advise you on how to do it? They can't.
A second characteristic of the wealthy is the ability to act when opportunities present themselves. Opportunity is often imagined to be something that you can't miss or pass up. However, I know from personal experience that opportunity is often only a whisper that comes during some of the most trying times of life. If you read the life stories of very wealthy and successful people, you will frequently find they were fired from jobs, kicked out of school or dealt with significant personal tragedies that other people would view as devastating. Instead, they viewed the challenges as opportunities and prospered.
The wealthy also understand that wealth is an ongoing process. It is not a destination you arrive at one day and then stop. It is also rarely accomplished overnight - although it can occur in a short period of time. However, if you gain wealth before you have gained a wealthy mindset then you are in danger of losing that wealth forever. We have all heard of those that win the lottery only to be near penniless a few years later. Since they were never taught to think wealthy, they have very little chance of achieving wealth that lasts and ultimately they lose what money they have.
Those with a wealthy mindset do what they love - and make money at it. Often I see individuals who are seeking wealth like it's something outside that they have to search for. In reality, wealth exists within you. You have activities and hobbies that you love and you can make these into your business if you choose to. Those who are successful and create a great deal of wealth do so because they are doing something they love. The money follows and is just a logical result of them realizing their dream. Money is not the dream.
Whether you grow up in the worst circumstance or have every advantage, you have the exact same potential inside of you to create the life you want. No matter how many times you read or hear someone talk about how to become wealthy, your life will never change until you believe that it can - Believing is Seeing.

The roots of God and the subconscious mind
This week lets look at a Parable that teaches how to use the
power of the Subconscious Mind,
Let us consider then this Parable:
"And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed
into the ground; And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the
seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how. For the earth
bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear,
after that the full corn in the ear. But when the fruit is brought
forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is
come". -- Mark 4:26-29
This parable illustrates the power of the Subconscious Mind to
"germinate", grow, a thought form, where it can eventually
manifest as the object of the Thought Form, after which it can be
harvested and experienced.
The "ground" is a metaphor for the "garden" of the Subconscious
Mind where seeds, are sown, either consciously or unconsciously.
These "seeds" are the Thought Forms that we either create
consciously, as with using the Law of Attraction, or, as with
many people these Thought Forms are produced unconsciously due to
observing and often reacting against particular events.
The parable is saying: "should sleep, and rise night and day,
and the seed should spring and grow up"
This means that once the Thought Form, the seed, has been sown in
the fertile ground of the Subconscious Mind, of which most people
are unaware, it will first germinate, and then sprout, and finally
develop in to a something experienced during waking reality.
The parable goes on to say "he knoweth not how". This explains the
fact that although these situations, these fully developed Thought
Forms are being experienced as circumstances, people have no idea
where they came from, often ascribing them to such superstitious
notions as "luck", "chance" or"fortune".
So the fertile "ground" of the Subconscious Mind is where either
"good" seeds are sown by consciously using The Law of Attraction,
or "bad" seeds are unconsciously sown by reacting to events
perceived by the senses, resulting in "weeds" cluttering up the
life of the person. The fertile ground of the Subconscious Mind
never judges which seeds are "good" and which seeds are "bad", the
garden of the Subconscious Mind" will accept, nurture and bring
the seeds to fruition regardless, even though "he knoweth not how".
Jesus goes on to say "But when the fruit is brought forth,
immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is
come."
By this he means that once the Though Form has manifested, the seed
of Thought Form has become a fully manifested fruit which, its
task complete, may be harvested and enjoyed. The Thought Form has
grown to maturity in the Subconscious Mind, resulting in a
manifestation that exists at all levels of Energy and Vibration of
the Universe, from The Source, The First Cause, God, all the way out
to the physical Universe of matter where it is now being
experienced.
we are closest to our Subconscious Mind just before and just after sleep, when our
brainwaves slow down and away from observing and interacting with
physical things. This is why Jesus says:
"And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should
spring and grow up"
Meditation has the benefit of
lowering brainwave frequencies to an even lower state, even
equivalent to the sleep state, but while remaining fully conscious.
In this state we are very close to our Subconscious Mind where
seeds, Thought Forms, can be very effectively sown.
So by sowing the Though Forms or "seeds" at this time, the
Subconscious Mind most readily accepts them, and will work
relentlessly while the physical body and conscious Mind sleeps or
otherwise in abeyance, to bring the Thought Forms to fruition.
One of the main point behind this parable is to stress the fact
that although we may not understand the unfathomable depths and
powers of the Subconscious Mind, it nevertheless exists, is
connected
to all other Subconscious Minds though the Universal Mind, and
through which the object of our manifestation conscious or
unconscious, intended or not manifest.
In summary, this parable teaches the great truth about the
existence of the fertile garden of the Subconscious Mind, and its
infinite powers to accept a "seed", a Thought Form, particularly
just before sleep or in an altered state of consciousness, and to
do whatever needs to be done to bring the seed to fruition where it
can be experienced, although most people still "knoweth not how".

Fantasy,Theory and Fact
I want to talk about Fantasy, Theory, Fact. The basis for this concept is that everything has its origination in the form of a Fantasy, which some adventurous soul dares turn into a theory and then becomes bold enough to turn into a fact. This entire transition, of course, is the result of the highest form of no-limit, positive thinking available, yet, the cautious may construe this as erratic behavior.
Give this serious thought for a moment. The idea of moon landings, communicating via a fax machine, traveling on supersonic jets or wearing synthetic garments was, a very short time ago, sheer fantasy. Today, they are almost considered commonplace. Why? How did these things come about?
Fantasy
This entire cosmos is filled with thought stuff - a creative form of energy. Imagination is one of our mental faculties and it is the one we use to fantasize. An active imagination is able to build clear and vivid images. The most important step in building your fantasy is that you not concern yourself with how your fantasy is going to become a reality. Where the resources will come from is of absolutely no concern to you. Let the image evolve freely in your mind. Build the picture in color ... feel it, smell it, taste it, touch it ... all through the aid of your imagination.
Theory
Once you've built your fantasy, turning it into a theory calls for you to answer two questions: Are You Able? Are You Willing?
You could very easily be thinking, "Yes. But!" At this point, it's important to remember that you are stepping out of your comfort zone and attempting to go beyond the limits that your old belief system dictate... and whenever that happens, doubt, immediately followed by fear, enters the picture. To be able to answer this question in the affirmative--"Yes, I am definitely able," does not mean that you have to know how it will ha
ppen. There is no way that you could know how it will happen...you have never done it before, it's a brand new experience. The Wright Brothers didn't know how to fly when they fantasized themselves doing it! They just believed they could.
The second question: Are you willing? Are you willing to pay the price? Are you willing to make the sacrifices that will be required to turn your dream into a reality? And you know that there will be sacrifices. My mentor, Val Van De Wall shared with me that most people think sacrifice is giving up something. That's not true. Sacrifice is merely releasing something of a lower nature to make room for something of a higher nature.
The minute you answer--"Yes, I am able!" and "Yes, I am willing!" ... your fantasy moves to the next phase of creation and becomes a theory in your consciousness and, at this point, it turns into a goal.
Fact
The process of turning your fantasy to fact is ready to move into the final stage ... fact. From this point on, it becomes a lawful process. As you turn the image over to your universal subconscious mind by getting emotionally involved with the image, the laws of the universe kick into gear and begin to turn that image into physical form. The law of perpetual transmutation takes that image and begins to move it into form with and through you. Your vibration starts to change and that causes your behavior to change. Your new vibration sets up an attractive force and begins to attract to you all things requisite to the fulfillment of the picture, through the harmonious vibration of the law of attraction. Although you have no way of knowing exactly how it will move into form, faith and your understanding of the laws will create a knowing within you that it must move into form.
This is the very process that has taken us out of the cave and into the condominium. Let your mind play. Fantasize a much better form of life than you presently enjoy.
Give this serious thought for a moment. The idea of moon landings, communicating via a fax machine, traveling on supersonic jets or wearing synthetic garments was, a very short time ago, sheer fantasy. Today, they are almost considered commonplace. Why? How did these things come about?

Are you choices strengthening or weakening
Every action you take will either strengthen or weaken your power.
Every time you give in to any impulse, your ability to resist it
in the future becomes weaker.
Anytime you are tempted by any behavior that is in contradiction to
what you desire, you have a strengthening choice or a weakening
choice.
Instead of looking at such options as a temptation to overcome, I
want you to begin looking at those moments as opportunities. You
have an opportunity to strengthen your ability to become a
Deliberate Creator.
Think - if you make that strengthening decision just once, the pain
of it will be only very brief, but the strengthening of your
ability to make choices that will support you instead of defeat you
will last you for the rest of your life.
Say to yourself, "As I choose the strengthening decision now, I am
making myself more powerful and my life easier from this moment
on".
As you practice this way of thinking every day, these
decisions will become easier and easier because you will trust the
"Flow", as a result, you will become more and more powerful by the
minute.
Today will bring you a new awareness.

Understanding Right Now.....
Focusing on the way you want your life to be when things not going
your way in the present moment, is not the easiest thing to do.
But if you have the determination to focus your attention in every
area of your life as you want it to be, rather than as it is, your
life will change dramatically.
As you begin to notice the instant, benevolent, cooperative
response of the universe responding to your desires, you will and
very quickly be one who is willing to let go of everything and
anything that is not part of your vibration. You will let bygones
be bygones, ex-partners be ex-partners, grudges and mistakes of
others and your own, complaints and ill wishes, injustice and bad
behavior all become non-issues.
You will purify your vibration from the stuff you don't like and
will replace it with the things you do like, appreciate and want.
And with far less trouble than you think and in far
less time and effort than you think. You will begin to offer a
vibration that will net you evidence of your thoughts. That
evidence is nothing more than the indication of the improved story
you are telling.
Remember, you are Source Energy that has come here to create and
you are worthy of every idea that comes to you. The resources of
the universe are here to assist you in your creation just
as surely as they assist the earth in spinning in its orbit in
perfect proximity to other planets.
There is no greater creator than you and no greater reason to
create than the things you desire in your life. Everything you
create is for the purpose of the joyous satisfaction that it gives
you as the Source within you expands.
It is my desire that you think enough of yourself to want to feel
good and do whatever it takes to feel good. Even if that means
ignoring those who lie to you, ignoring those things that you
disapprove of, and turning your undivided attention to the things
you desire.
With every thought you think and with every desire you give birth
to the universe expands. And it is only through your joyous quest
that all is possible.
Today will bring you a new awareness

Do as you will
Having the courage and patience to put out the vibrations of what
you desire to be, as to opposed to where you are in the present, is
the hardest thing you will ever have to do. Keep in mind WHERE you
are and WHO you are in your life right now is based on your past
intentions, thoughts, feeling and actions. But you can change your
future by changing your thoughts, feelings and actions.
Your current level of results is nothing more than the residual
outcome of your past thoughts, feelings and actions. They have
nothing to do with what you are capable of or who you are capable
of becoming unless you continue to make decisions based on those
results. If you do, you will continue to create the same things
over and over again in your life.
Here is an interesting way of looking at your life. If you look at
your current results, you can see what you have been up to for the
past five years or so. What you have been thinking, feeling and
acting upon is reflected in your current results. Look at your
body, your bank account, your house, your car, your relationships,
your job or lack thereof and what vibrations you have been
offering, because your results are nothing more than a feedback
mechanism - a mirror of what you have been thinking, feeling and
acting.
Think about a mirror for a moment. A mirror does not judge, it does
not say if something is "good" or "bad", "right" or "wrong". It
does not edit or delete. A mirror just reflects back whatever is
put in front of it. Do you follow this metaphor?
The universal mirror is exciting because when you get what you
desire you know you are on your game. When you have less than
pleasing results, that's just the universal mirror reflecting back
to you where you have the opportunity to adjust your thinking,
feeling and actions. Getting upset because you have messed up your
life in any area is wasting precious time. The mirror is there to
give you a wake-up call. It is saying "Hey, you're broke. Are you
ready to do something about it?"
Do I get upset when I experience less than pleasing results?
Absolutely. But the difference between now and my past is I am
willing to let it go. I use the experience as a wake-up call to
find a better way. And I always find a better way, because I am
looking for it. You can do the same.
Today will bring you a new awareness,

What is your level of awarness
No more effort or energy is required in order to aim high in life, to demand abundance and prosperity, than is required to accept misery and poverty. The difference between the two lay in your level of awareness.
The information I'm about to share with you is extremely powerful and, in many cases, could set you free from the constraints that keep you from realizing your full potential and release you into the freedom and all of the good you desire. Yet you cannot be free until you know exactly what it is that governs, shapes, and directs your behavior and ultimately, your results. If you're not careful, your thinking and results can be controlled by your paradigms.
Your thoughts create your life. And, for many people, paradigms can be the foundation upon which your thoughts are created.
Paradigms are your mindsets. Your ideas, the little habits that your brain has developed over the years. The "operating system" on which your mental processes run. Your paradigms create the prism through which most people view and make sense of the world around them. Information is presented to your mind in one-way or another. Your mind runs through all of the things it already knows about that piece of information and figures out where it fits in with the bigger picture. Then your mind makes a determination whether the information is good or bad, desirable or undesirable, possible or not -- all of which can be influenced by your existing paradigms.
Like most things, paradigms in and of themselves are neutral. If your paradigms are positive, you will have a happy, growth-oriented life, a healthy self-image, and the ability to adapt successfully to changes, upsets, and unforeseen events. Conversely, negative paradigms can keep you stuck in old ways of thinking that can be very limiting. Negative paradigms keep you as imprisoned as does a cell and a set of iron bars. Maybe even more so, since it imprisons you in the place where all true freedom resides: the mind.
It follows, then, that if you want to create change in your life and start getting new and different results--you've got to change your paradigms. How do you go about that?
Step One: Write down one thing - that goal, that dream, that challenge that you have not yet resolved in your life. The subconscious mind thrives on detail so describe it to yourself as vividly as you can.
Step Two: Write down every association that you connect to this thing; everything you think about it, good and bad, everything that the thought of it brings to your mind.
One approach I have found extremely effective is to "map" it in much the same way that writers come up with plot concepts.
Draw a circle around the words or sentence you came up with in Step One. Then, in the space around that circle, write down your associations as they come to you, encircling each one and connecting it with a line to the original encircled goal. When you feel like you've come up with a substantial number of associations, take a good look at what your mind has shown you. You're looking at your paradigms.
Step Three: It's time to address your paradigms and ask "why?" I suggest that you zero in on a few of the most powerful paradigms, the ones that have the biggest negative impact.
Ask yourself, "Why do I think this? Where does it come from? Where did I get such an idea?" Keep on digging until you've exhausted every possible scenario.
And finally, now that you know what your paradigm is on any given topic, create an affirmation that will assist you in re-programming your mind, something that is the
opposite of your paradigm.
For example, if your paradigm is you'll never earn a lot of money, your affirmation might be:
I am so happy and grateful now that money comes to me on a continual basis through multiple sources of income. I am a magnet to money; I now have all that I want.
Write your affirmation on a 3X5 card and repeat it daily, as many times as possible. In time, you'll begin to notice yourself thinking and acting in a different way. And, just when you think you've got it, it will be time to work on another paradigm
Today will bring you a new level of awareness. Look for something different, look for something that you want and when you find it write it down in your journel...

What is the most important relationship in your life?
Is it with
your spouse, your partner, your lover, your parents, or your friends?
If you chose any of these, I would suggest you look
further. The most important relationship in your life is your
relationship with the PRESENT MOMENT.
More specifically, whatever
form the present moment takes, that is to say, what is happening or
"what is" right now.
If your relationship with the present moment is dysfunctional, that
dysfunction will be reflected in every relationship and every
situation you encounter. All problems that we experience in life
are simply a dysfunctional relationship with the present moment.
Once you have reached a certain level of awareness (and if you are
reading this, you almost certainly have) you are able to decide
what kind of relationship you want to have with the present moment.
Ask yourself, "Do I want the present moment to be my friend or my
enemy?" The present moment is inseparable from Life so what you are
really deciding is what kind of relationship you want to have with
Life. Once you have decided you want the present moment to be your
friend, it's up to you to make the first move. Become friendly
toward it and welcome it no matter what disguise it may have.
If you do this, you will soon see the results. Life becomes
friendly toward you, people become helpful, and circumstances
cooperate with you. This one decision can change your entire
reality. But you have to make that one decision again and again and
again- until it becomes a new way of living.
Put yourself in flow by deciding to become friendly with the present moment.

Flying home free of gravity
As earthbound beings, humans have always had a fascination with winged
creatures of all kinds. The idea of being able to spontaneously lift off
from the earth and fly is so compelling to us that we invented
airplanes and helicopters and myriad other flying machines in order to
provide ourselves with the many gifts of being airborne. Flying high in
the sky, we look down on the earth that is our home and see things from
an entirely different perspective. We can see more, and we can see
farther than we can when we're on the ground. As if all this weren't
enough, the out-of-this-world feeling of freedom that comes with
groundlessness inspires us to want to take flight again and again.
Metaphorically, we take flight whenever we break free of the gravity that holds us to a particular way of thinking or feeling or being. We take flight mentally when we rise above our habitual ways of thinking about things and experience new insights. This is what it means to open our minds. Emotionally, we take flight when the strength of our passion exceeds the strength of our blockages; the floodgates open and we are free to feel fully. Spiritually we take flight when we locate that part of ourselves that is beyond the constraint of linear time and the world of form. It is in this place that we experience the essential boundlessness that defines the experience of flight.
Taking flight is always about freeing ourselves from form, if only temporarily. When we literally fly, in a plane or on a hang glider, we free ourselves from the strength of gravity's pull. As we open our minds and our hearts, we free ourselves from habitual patterns of thought and emotional blockages. As we remember our true nature, we free ourselves from identification with the temporary state of our physical forms. The more we stretch our wings, the clearer it becomes that taking flight is a state of grace that simply reminds us of who we really are.

FLOW
Iv always heard that you should go against the grain
be different go against the current, however the more I look at life the more Life is like taking a trip on the river and reacting to the FLOW.
It is always about the FLOW. The problem is most people take their
boat down to the river, put it in the river and then they
invariably turn it UPSTREAM and start paddling hard against the
current. It never occurs to them to go downstream because they
think they have to struggle to have what they want.
Here is a simple idea. Why not go WITH the current instead of
fighting AGAINST the current? But you may say, "Struggle and hard
work is the only way to get what you want." That's crazy! Here is
the important point - NOTHING YOU WANT IS UPSTREAM. Ever!
Every bit of struggle and determination, all that "I am going to
heal myself", "I am going to fix this", "I am going to make this
better", all of that has you focused UPSTREAM. What I want is for
you to feel the ease of letting go of struggle. You don't even
have to turn your boat around in the stream and begin paddling
downstream - just let go of the oars (struggle) and the current
will turn you automatically!
This is not about going with the stream because you
have no choice. This is about asking the question and helping you
answer it. Are you going willingly? Are you going toward your
natural unfolding willingly, or are you going to continue to paddle
upstream? In every moment the choice of which way you are going to
go is yours.

natural unfolding willingly, or are you going to continue to paddle
upstream? In every moment the choice of which way you are going to
go is yours.
The Imagination
Have you ever wondered how children can sit through replays of their
favorite Lion King or Little Mermaid video? It amazes me that they'll
watch the same show every day without a single complaint or request for
something new.
What's more amazing, though, is that adults do the very same thing with their days. The majority of men and women play "movies" in their heads, day after day, relentlessly focusing on past events, most of which are unpleasant and disturbing experiences. If they're actually able to stop their contemplation of past events, then they allow impressions of their current surroundings and recent results to govern their thoughts. If they contemplate the future it is usually by worrying about it, or wishing that something better might come along. Then they wonder why bad things keep happening to them, or why they never rise above the issues and obstacles in their lives.
While it is true that people are free to think anything they please, as long as they remain set in their ways, there is very little that can be done to change the unpleasant experiences that keep cropping up in their lives.
Recently, the study of the mind, and its veritable unearthly power, is at last taking its proper place in modern civilization. Proper use of the mind and its various faculties will give you anything you choose - but the emphasis here is on the word "proper." To move in this direction requires study and focused, consistent effort with a good measure of creativity stirred in.
Just as the oak tree develops from the gene that lies within the acorn and a bird develops from the gene that lies asleep in the egg, so too will your achievements grow from the organized plans that first begin with your imagination. An image in your mind is the first stage of the creative process in life. From your imagination your visions and plans arise.
In his best selling book, Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill wrote, "You will never have a definite purpose in life; you will never have self confidence; you will never have initiative and leadership unless you first create these qualities in your imagination and see yourself in possession of them." He went on to say, "... imagination is the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known."
There is a concept called "Fantasy - Theory - Fact." The premise underlying this concept is that everything has its origination in the form of Fantasy, which some adventurous souls dare turn into a theory and then boldly turn into fact. Give this serious thought for a moment. The idea of moon landings, communicating by email, traveling on jets, cellular phones or wearing synthetic garments was, a very short time ago, sheer fantasy. Today, they are considered commonplace.
Your marvelous mind has factors that you can, with little effort, develop to use to improve the quality of life, not just for yourself, but for human kind. Imagination is one of those creative faculties. The individuals who were responsible for the conception and creation of the email, cell phones and any of the thousands of modern conveniences we enjoy today had a highly developed imagination.
Furthermore, they were not easily influenced by the opinions of the masses, the naysayers who historically have criticized and ridiculed anything they do not understand. These pioneers used their mental faculties to fantasize, to build wild and wonderful pictures in their mind. Then, holding their thought with their will, they watched their fantasy unfold into a theory and then into fact. They seemed to have an innate awareness that if they could visualize it, they could do it.
Use this power to let your mind play. Fantasize a much better life than you presently enjoy. Draft your future with imagination, ponder and calculate with intelligence and awareness, then knit it with care. Next, devise paths and find tools to help get you there.
Commit to reach new goals. The only barrier separating you from your goal is ignorance - ignorance of how simple, and simply powerful, your mind really is.

Limiting beliefs
No matter how much we read or study and practice personal growth we
are not immune to limiting beliefs that come up every so often. Our
limiting beliefs are our conditioned mind or our UNCONSCIOUS
Guidance System moving us in the wrong direction. Remember, anytime
you feel any negative emotion you know you are out of the Flow and
out of Alignment with what you truly desire in your life
People often ask how do you handle this when it happens to you. My
response is the first thing I do is acknowledge that it is
happening. I find that if I try to fight it or deny it, I give it
more power. So I just say to myself, "That's interesting. Why do I
feel this way?" And then I feel it. It is important to allow
yourself to feel the emotion behind it because that is an emotion
you need to deal with in order to release it. If you don't
allow yourself to feel it you will bury it. And if you try to bury
it alive, like a horror movie, it will arise again and haunt you.
It will reoccur and may surface at an inappropriate time
which could cause you to feel angry or even break down into tears or
have some type of emotional outburst because you didn't feel the
emotion originally.
So I take a look at it without judgment. And when I don't fight it,
it dissipates, dissolves and evaporates because I don't give it any
power. I just allow it to be there, acknowledge it and then let it
go.
The next step is I always replace it with a better feeling thought.
So after you acknowledge it, feel it, express it and let it go,
just reach for the alternative to it. Reach for the opposite of it.
This is the same as experiencing what you don't want, in order to
discover what you do want. That belief or emotion is probably one
you don't want. And a great way to deal with it is to simply
reverse the belief that showed up. For example, you have the belief
or emotion that there is not "enough". There is never enough,
money, love, food, freedom, etc. (fill in the blank). The opposite
of that is there is ALWAYS more than enough, if I am willing to
accept it.
So the point here is that when this happens, you acknowledge it,
feel it, don't fight it and then just reach for a better feeling
thought. That thought is usually the opposite or alternative to it.
When you choose that, you have regained control and the new belief
creates a new emotion which attracts a new experience. It is as
simple as that!

One Brain - Two Minds
Although we all have one brain, we possess two minds or two phases of mind power - CONSCIOUS and SUBCONSCIOUS.
It is important to understand the function of the CONSCIOUS MIND and the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND, because each one has different functions, abilities and capacities.
The Limited Conscious Mind
When we talk about the CONSCIOUS mind, we're talking about your everyday normal state of awareness.
The problem is that the CONSCIOUS mind is very limited. However it has some very important functions. It's very good at planning things. It's good at taking a mental trip into the future and breaking things down into steps in between to make sure that we can get there. Without a CONSCIOUS mind, you wouldn't be able to plan effectively and, without planning, you'd be living in a world where not too many things would get done.
The beauty of the CONSCIOUS mind is that it allows us to have self-awareness. If you had no CONSCIOUS mind, you wouldn't be able to appreciate beautiful scenery. You couldn't fall in love - and know you're doing it. You couldn't appreciate or stand back after having done a task and look at it and be proud of what you've accomplished.
So your CONSCIOUS mind is very important. It allows you to appreciate the good things in life and it allows you to decide, "What is it that I want more of?"
It's also the place where you reason. Reason and logic rests in the CONSCIOUS mind and it's a very valuable skill to have.

Iv got a story for you hope you enjoy.
This man gets up every morning, takes his shower, shaves, eats
breakfast and climbs down the stairs and jumps on a bus for a 45
minute ride. He steps off the bus and feels the beach under his
feet.
He then walks the beach up and down every day all day looking for
the Statue of Liberty. Low and behold there is no Statue of
Liberty.
As night falls, he stretches and looks out over the water to see
the Santa Monica pier and turns and spins around to see the
"Hollywood" sign. He boards the bus disappointed again because he
did not find the Statue of Liberty. He has been doing this for
years. Every day he does the same thing.
Once again he goes to the Santa Monica pier, much more disappointed
than the day before, sits in his chair crying tears of sadness,
dismay, frustration. Finally a woman walks up to him and
asks him why he is so distraught. The man tells her every day he
comes to the Santa Monica pier to see the Statue of Liberty, but he
can never find it. The woman says to him, "No wonder you cannot
find it. You are in the wrong State."
The lesson here is even if you are a well-meaning person, if you
are in the wrong STATE OF MIND - you will not find what you are
looking for. You must be in the right STATE to achieve anything in
life.
Today will bring you a new awareness

Indicators
Everything that manifests in your life or anybody else's life that
you are observing, is nothing more than an indication of your
vibrational frequency. It is an INDICATOR. Indicators are
manifestations of what you have been doing vibrationally. Period.
So if wonderful things are happening, you are receiving
indications of the vibrations you have been sending out. If things
have been out of control in your life, then you've got negative
manifestations of what you have been offering vibrationally.
Indicators are just that - indicators. You don't want to kill the
messenger. You don't go to the gas station when the gas gauge is on
empty and lay your head on the steering wheel in utter despair and
say, "Oh look at what I have done. The gas gauge is on empty but I
kept driving. My life is a mess". The gas gauge is an indicator and
you know you have to do something about it. You don't paste a
happy face sticker over the gas gauge because it is depressing to
see you are on empty. And you don't usually wait until you are
completely out of gas and standing on the side of the road. You
fill it up don't you?
That's what we are talking about here. We are talking about your
indicator that lets you know what your habit of thought has been.
And if you have been feeling pretty crummy lately then it is time
for a fill up. If things are not going the way you want them to -
it's time to change your thoughts about it. It's time to offer
some more deliberate thought. It's time to seek a better attitude.
It's time to stop blaming yourself and others, stop feeling sorry
for yourself and become more positive, even in the smallest way.
Don't blame your "indicator". Instead, train your mind to look for
the good things in your life and you will find them.
